OVERVIEW |
|
As
companies become more and more data driven, information has become the
lifeblood of many organizations and is becoming infinitely more complex
and costly to maintain. Data protection strategies are complex and can
prove to be a drain on IT resources and staffing. Any missteps taken
throughout the backup process can prove costly and can result in a loss of
critical data that may, interpret into hours of downtime.
Managing the complexity of today's data growth along
with new regulatory requirements and the ever increasing proliferation
of advanced technology threats combine to create the perfect atmosphere
for catastrophic data loss.
How well are you protected? Do you feel your
company would survive substantial data loss? How would you recover? Do
you have a disaster recovery plan?

protection and disaster prevention. We can reliably backup your critical
data to our highly secure data centers, archive your data to meet

What makes us better? |
|
 |
Managed Backup - Peace of mind for our
customers - We take care of everything. Missed backups, failed
backups, file warnings are all automatically taken care of by
our staff. |
|
 |
Disaster Recovery Planning - We offer
comprehensive Disaster Recovery for most scenarios. The benefit
is if a disaster occurs, all we need to know is what type of
disaster occurred and we already know how to react and can react
with a purpose limiting the customers down time. |
|
 |
Hardware/Network Redundancy - Our
solution incorporates the use of multiple redundant hardware
devices and connections to ensure maximum availability and
uptime. In the event of a failure, the hardware or network is
automatically configured to failover to the redundant hardware,
and service continues uninterrupted. |
|
 |
Data Redundancy - When you back up
your data to our facility, the data is first saved on our
primary storage array. Immediately, your data is then replicated
to a secondary array at the primary data center. Additionally,
your data is replicated to our secondary data center and stored
on a tertiary array. This gives us three copies of your original
encrypted data that can be used to restore your files. |
|
 |
Data Archiving - We additionally
backup all client data to an enterprise level tape backup
library for additional protection. The tapes are then stored
off-site in a secure facility for archival and DR purposes. If at
any time a customer wishes to have data restored from the
archives, they simply need to call our customer service
department to make arrangements. |
|
 |
Delta Packet Technology - When you
backup large files, instead of sending every night the complete
file, our Delta Packet technology uploads just the changes made
to large file, enabling us to backup very large amounts of data
quickly, with minimal bandwidth consumption. When a restore is
performed, our software applies the delta changes to the
original file and you are back up and running. |
|
 |
Local Backup and Local Restore - Our
software allows you to create an additional local copy of your
data for convenient local backup and restore to complement our
online backup offerings. |
